MOGUL MORE is expanding its youth-development experiences for the 2026/27 season, serving young people in grades 5–9 through practical, culturally relevant experiences that build what matters within them.

AURA Professional Playbook

Get the Job. Keep the Job. Build the Career. AURA develops professional presence and executive skills through handshakes, emotional intelligence, awareness, communication, planning and time management. Students practice the behaviors that help turn an opportunity into a career.

Networking 101

Networking 101 teaches young people that relationships are resources when built with authenticity and service. Participants practice introductions, conversation starters, listening, follow-up, remembering names, identifying personal assets and learning how to create value before asking for value.

Character Combine

Character Combine brings the energy of an athletic combine to character development. Young gentlemen move through challenges that reveal and strengthen communication, accountability, teamwork, discipline, decision-making, resilience and leadership.

Suited for Success

Suited for Success uses style, grooming, etiquette and professional presence as gateways to confidence. Young men learn that the suit is not the success—the character, preparation and responsibility of the person wearing it are what matter.

Phones Down, Futures Up

Phones Down, Futures Up challenges young people to become more intentional about attention, conversation and connection. Participants temporarily put devices aside and practice eye contact, listening, presence, collaboration and real-world communication.

YES. I AM…

YES. I AM… is a new affirmation experience centered on presence, confidence, self-awareness and manhood. The ellipsis is intentional: a young man is still becoming. Participants examine who they are, how they enter a room, what they believe about themselves, how their choices communicate character, and who they are becoming.

The experience moves from I AM—identity and self-awareness, to I CAN—confidence and capability, to I WILL—intentional action and responsibility, and finally I BECOME—manhood expressed through character, service and purpose.

2026/27 POLISHED Enrollment

The POLISHED Young Gentlemen’s Character Club is enrolling participants in grades 5–9 for the 2026/27 season. Programming combines lessons and labs that help young people feel safe, seen and supported, then stretches them to develop character and prepares them to be sent into the world ready to serve.
